2. Free Trial
All Shopibot plans include a 90-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, you are not charged and therefore no refund is applicable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our money-back guarantee applies under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment
- This is your first paid subscription with Shopibot (the guarantee does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions)
- You contact us at [email protected] with your refund request
If you meet these conditions, you will receive a full refund of your subscription payment, no questions asked.
4. Monthly Plan Refunds
For monthly subscriptions:
- Within 30 days of first payment: Full refund under the money-back guarantee
- After 30 days: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months after cancellation.
5. Annual Plan Refunds
For annual subscriptions:
- Within 30 days of first payment: Full refund under the money-back guarantee
- After 30 days but within 3 months: We may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.
- After 3 months: No refund. You may cancel your subscription, and it will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
6. Plan Changes
When you change your subscription plan:
- Upgrades: The price difference is prorated and charged immediately. No refund is issued for the previous plan.
- Downgrades: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is issued for the current period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the email address associated with your Shopibot account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
8. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once your refund is approved:
- Paddle will initiate the refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle when the refund is processed
9. Service Disruptions
In the event of significant, prolonged service disruptions caused by us (not by third-party services such as Telegram or DigitalOcean), we may offer service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us at [email protected] if you experience extended downtime.
10. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed
- Dissatisfaction caused by third-party service limitations (e.g., Telegram API restrictions)
