Shopibot uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. This means that Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.

2. Refund Policy

Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle's refund policy applies to all purchases made through our platform.

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us or Paddle directly.

3. Free Trial

All Shopibot plans include a 90-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial period, you are not charged and therefore no refund is applicable. We encourage you to take full advantage of the trial to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before subscribing to a paid plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopibot dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Contact Paddle directly through your purchase receipt email

Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
